SALV-8 - Salvation is Only in One Church

The walls began to shake. The door to the prison flew open. Right
then a prison guard awoke, he realized his own fate, and he started to kill
himself. But before he did, he heard these encouraging words. "Sir, do
yourself no harm, for we are all here." and upon the heels of that
encouraging statement, the greatest question that's ever been asked
comes. "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" Acts 16:30-31.
We welcome you today to our second part, in answering the question
‘What must I do to be saved?’ I hope that you've got your Bible with you
and that you'll be planning on following along with us as we search the
scriptures on this wonderful and such an important topic today.

SALV-7 - Repent, Confess, Be Baptized

The greatest question ever asked comes in Acts 16:30-31. “Sirs, what
must I do to be saved?”
We welcome you today to our study on the subject of salvation. In
particular, we're going to be talking about God's plan of salvation and the
answer to that question, ‘what must I do to be saved?’ As you think about
Acts 16, you can imagine the scene in the prison in Philippi. Those walls
began to shake. The prison doors flew open. At that moment, a jailer, a
prison guard awoke. He realized his own fate, and he started to commit
suicide. He started to kill himself. But before he did, he heard these
encouraging words: ‘Sir, do yourself no harm, for we are all here.’ Upon the
heels of that encouraging statement, that greatest question that's ever
been asked comes: ‘Sirs, what must I do to be saved?’

SALV-6 - Know, Hear, Believe

The Bible says that ‘the Lord is not slow concerning His promises as
some men count slowness but He's longsuffering toward us, not willing that
any should perish but that all should come to repentance.’
We welcome you to our study of the subject of salvation. As you've
just heard from the Bible verse that we mentioned, the God of heaven,
Jesus Christ, wants every person to be saved. That's the heart and that's
the mind of God. God doesn't want nor is it His desire that anybody would
be lost. And so today, we're thinking about the second part in a study of the
things the Bible says are necessary in man's salvation.

SALV-4 - Saved From What?

The greatest question ever asked is found in Acts 16:30-31. The
Philippian jailer said, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" No greater
question in all the world can be asked and answered by the Bible and by
every individual. But today as we think about the subject of salvation, we
want to ask the question- saved from what?

SALV-3 - I Need Salvation

The word of God says, "It is appointed to man once to die and then
the judgment." 2 Corinthians 5:10 says, ‘We must all appear before the
judgment seat of Christ, that each one may give an account for the things
done in the body whether good or evil.’ One day all of us will leave this life,
and one day we all stand before the almighty throne of God. In view of that,
I need and you need salvation from God.
